Our Lady of the Rosary School Kenmore continues to grow thoughtfully, with learning and play spaces evolving to support the way children learn, connect and thrive.

We’re delighted to share that the next stage of our School Renewal journey is now underway, with $2.5 million being invested to enhance learning and play spaces across the campus — always shaped by what best supports student wellbeing and learning each day.

“These improvements are about more than buildings,” said Principal Paul Rees. “They’re about creating environments that inspire curiosity, confidence and a love of learning, while supporting the values and sense of belonging that sit at the heart of OLR Kenmore.”

This term, refreshed classrooms in the Brigidine precinct are being prepared for students to enjoy from Day 1 of Term 2. Designed to feel calm, flexible and welcoming, these spaces support both collaboration and focused learning. Following works completed over the Christmas break, including upgraded Prep classrooms, a total of nine classrooms will be renewed by the start of Term 2, creating bright, comfortable learning environments across year levels.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to confirm a new Prep playground will be built midyear. Thoughtfully designed with open space, nature play elements, shade and areas to gather, it will provide a vibrant place where friendships grow and imagination is sparked during the early years of schooling.

“Our goal is to ensure every child feels supported and excited about coming to school,” Mr Rees said. “These evolving spaces help us continue to offer an education that prepares our students for the future while nurturing who they are today.”

Families considering Prep or primary schooling are warmly invited to explore how OLR Kenmore continues to grow with purpose, supporting each child’s learning journey every step of the way. Book a tour today.
