Parent Liaisons

Our Parent Liaisons play a vital role in nurturing the warm, inclusive spirit that defines our school community. More than just a link between class teachers and families, Parent Liaisons help foster meaningful relationships among parents and carers, creating a sense of belonging that extends well beyond the classroom.

Throughout the year, our Parent Liaisons organise casual catch-ups, coffee mornings, play dates, and group gatherings at local parks. These relaxed, family-friendly events offer opportunities for parents to connect, share experiences, and support one another as part of the wider OLR community. Whether you're new to the school or a familiar face, these events help build lasting friendships and strengthen the bonds that make our school feel like home.

The Parent Liaison role is voluntary and typically filled at the beginning of each school year. It may be shared between two parents in the same year level.

Interested in becoming a Parent Liaison or learning more? Please contact the school office; we’d love to welcome you into the network.
