What is NAPLAN?
The National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) is an annual nationwide test for students in Years 3, 5, 7, and 9. It assesses core skills in:
- Reading
- Writing
- Spelling
- Grammar and Punctuation
- Numeracy
NAPLAN results provide valuable insights into student progress and help guide teaching strategies. Individual student reports are distributed between mid-August and mid-September each year.
Our Approach to NAPLAN
At OLR Kenmore, NAPLAN preparation is embedded within our high-quality delivery of the Australian Curriculum. We focus on developing assessment-capable learners, empowering students to understand their learning goals and take ownership of their progress.
