What is STEM?
OLR is proving it is at the forefront of the introduction of STEM into primary schools. STEM, which refers to the subjects of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths, has been identified by the Australian Government as an area for future growth and innovation.

The OLR Athletics Team, consisting of over qualified thirty students, competed in the West Akuna District Athletics Championships at the ANZ stadium in Nathan recently.

Tuesday was such a happy day, with Grandparents coming from far and wide to spend time with their grandchildren in the classrooms. Each class set up various activities, old fashioned games and craft projects that the students and their Grandparents (or special adult visitor) participated in together.
